Ab sent: None A quorum present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Minor at 7:45 P.M. and the minutes of the last regular meeting held January 16, 1951 were read and. approved. Councilman Murray made a motion to approve the payment of the following bills: (a) From General Fund: Richard Bodiford, street labor through 1-20-51 Bud Owens, Mayors fee on 12 cases P. M. Johns Sri Marshal fee on 12 cases W. H. Wurst, C erk fee on 12 ~ases Richard Bodiford, street laboDthrou~h 1-27-51 Jim Bailey, 9 hrs street gr-adfng @ $1.35 per hr State Bank of Apopka, payment on truck P. M. Johns, SD, Marshal salary to ~-1-51 W. H. Wurst, Clerk salary to 2-1-51 Richard Bodiford, street labor through 2-3-51 P. o. Patterson 35 hrs street labor @ .60~ Cash paid out, $20.36 water dept,$15. garbage hauling Board of County Commissioners, 15 loads clay @$1.75 Berryman Gulf Station, gas & oil street dept. Welding Shop, materials and Labmr, water dept. 101.54 A motion to pay aforesaid bills' from funds above mentioned was seconded by Councilman Fields, voted and carried. Clerk reported that a man from the Florida Industrial Commiss'ion had checked on whether or not the City had the 'workmen's Compensation insurancl and after much discussipn, Councilman Fields made a motion to take out a policy, and would probably cancel out the Volunteer Fireman's Pol~cy later. This motion was seconded Oy Councilman Murray, voted and carried. There being no further business, Council~an Murray made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
