MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
TUESDAY, APRIL 17. 1951

Present: Councilmen Minor, Murray and Pounds, Also Mayor Owens.
Absent: Councilmen Fields and Slone.
A quorum present.
The meeting was called to order by Chariman Minor at 7:45 P.M. and the
minutes of the last regular meeting held April 3, 1951 were read and
approved.
Ccuncilman Murray made a motion to approve for payment of the following
bills: .
(a) From General Fund:
Richard Bodiford, street labor through 4-14-51
o. P. PEterson, 15 hrs street labor @ .60~
'.P. :!If... J9hfls, Sr. Marshal salary to 4-15-51
W. H. Wurst, Clerk salaryoo 4-15-51
Cash paid out, $2. postage stamps, $7.50 garbage hauling
R. J. Mobley, polices dept.
Joimer Auto Part, police dept.
W. S. Darley & So., police dept.
Finley Munieipal Supply Co. water dept.
(b) From Unility Tax Fund

A motion to pay aforesaid hills from above mentioned funds was seconded
by Councilman Pounds, v;oted and c.arried.
City Attorney Shuman presented to the Council an Ordiance pertaining to
Musi~ Boxes and dancing, The Clerk read this ordinance for the first
time.
There being no further business, Councilman Pounds made a motion that the
meeting be adjourned. This motion was seeonded by Cou~cilman Murray, voted
and carried, thereupon, the Council adjourned at 9:05 P.M.
