Fields Counc~lmen!Freeman, Murray, Minor and Pounds. 345 . /' Absent: Mayor Salisbury. A quorum present The-meeting was called to order by Chairman Ivlurray at 8:00 P.M. and the minutes of the last regulaF' meeting held April 1, 1952 were read and a'Pproved. Councilman Minor made a motion to approve the payment of the following bills, Except Kerr, Hood Tractor Co. and Linfestey Supply Co. (a) From General Fund: 50.00 100.00 13.60 7.50 4.00 1.75 3.00 7.25 3.90 27.00 18.00 9.00 40.81 32.65 15.00 40.81 32.65 74.36 Benjamin T. Shuman, Underwood, Health Ordinance and Traffice Ordinance, and April Retainer 42.50 Finley Municipal Supply Co. \'later Dept. 155.50 Iserman & Co. Water Dept. 115.24 J. J. Boggan, Waterdept. 136.87 Alton Creel, Pumping in beach on West side of Lake 500.00 ~ A motion to pay aforesaid bills from funds above mentioned was seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried. Councilman Minor made a motion to purchase handcuffs from Ferrell Wilson for $15.00, motion seconded by Couneilman Pounds, voted and carried. Councilman Pounds made a motion to accept $111.16 from the Garvins and' give them a deed, motion seeonded by Councilman Freeman, voted and carried. , . Councilman Pounds made a motion to amend the Tax Foreclosures to include 1949'- and 1950, motion sec'onded by Councilman Minor, upon a vote of the Council, Councilman Pounds and l\linor -voted AYE, Councilman Fields and Freemar voted Me, to break the tie, Chairman Murray voted AYE, Carried. Councilman Fields made a motion to adopt State Board of Health Ordinance, motion seconded by Counc~lman Pounds, voted and carried. Councilman Minor made a motion to accept Chapter 317 Florida Highway Ordinance, motion seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried. There'being no further business, Councilma.n Pounds made a motion to recess until further notice. This motion was seconded by Councilman FieldS, voted and carried.
