Absent: None A quorum present. The meeting was' aalled to order by Chairman Murray at 7:45 P.M. and the minutes of the last regular meeting held Jl1ay 20, 1952 were read, and approved. Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of the following b)ills-: (a) From General Fund: L. M. Smallwood 22 hrs Labor @.75_ Bill Peeples, 28! hrs Bulldozier work,Opening streets' Fred Black, street dept. Richard Bodiford, street labor W. H. Wurst, Clerk to 6-1-62 George H. Horton, police to 6-1-52 c. R. Freeman, street dept. Cash paid out. 36~ police dept. $9.80 office expense and $15.00 garbage hauling B'erryman Service Station, gas and oil street dept. Moore's Foundry, garte for street sewer, Winter Garden Lumber Co. street dept. Flotida telephone Corp. bill to 5-10-52 D. A. Walker', gas, & oil street dept. Charles J. McCabe, street dept. W. G. Stevenson, street dept. Councilman Pounds made attend one weeks short motion was seconded by ville a motion to send Councilman Fields to Gaines/to course study of water works with his expenses paid, Councilman Minor, voted and carried. Councilman Fields made a motion to pay C. R. Freeman for 34 hrs work ~ .75~ for services rendered in opening up streets in Lakeview Sub. motion was sec:onded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried. Councilman Fields made a motion that the Clerk no~ to give a Certified eopy of any minutes or records, without first getting the consent of majority of the Council, this motion was seconded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried. There being no further business; Counc'ilman Minor made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. This motion was seconded by Councilman FieldB, voted and carried.
