COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
TUESDAY, JUNE 2. 195J

A quorum present
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Maguire at 8:00 P.M. and the
minutes of the last regular meeting held! May 2:1, 1953 were read and
approve d1.
Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of the following
bills, but let each individualS' pay their own part of the Surveyor.s hill.

A motion to pa~~oresaid bills: from above mentioned funds was seconded
by Councilman Pounds', voted and carried.
Councilman Mi~or made a motion to table the Utility T~ question until
next budgett period, thms motion seconded by Councilman Freeman, Voted
and carried).
Councilman Pounds' made a motion to have signs painted and facing lake for
~ll boats to stay 100' yards off' beach, and signs paintea and face the beach
to bathe at your own risk, motion was' seeonded by COuncilman Minor, voted
and carried.
Councilman Fields made a motion to eharge regular minimum rates and what
meter readff. plus 50~ per house or apartment, or where there is; two or'
more buildings o~ the same' property, this atldit~onal charge per month or
fraction thereof, This'motion seconded by COuncilman Mi~ott',voted & carried.
There being no further business,Councilman Fields'made a motion that,the~
meeting be adjourned. This' motion wa~ seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted
am carried. Thereupon, -the Council adjourned aIt 10:45 P.M.
