PREsent: Councilmen Fields, Freeman, Maguire, Minor and ~ounds.
Absent: Mayor salisbury
A quorum present.
The l\leeting was called to order by Chairman :f\1aguire' at S:OO ~.lIr. and
the minutes of the last regular meeting held February 16, 1954 were
read and approved.

seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.
Councilman Pounds made a motion to accept the three bids as read
for a Police car and not t 0 accept further bids from the same
Companies, this motion was seconded by Councilman Fields, voted and
carriec1. .
Councilman F~elds made a motion to acdept Ordinance No. 128 giving the
City authority to seize vehicles \vhen caught with illegal alcoholic
beverages and their contents when confiscated by City Police. this
motion was seconded by Councilman r.1inor', voted and carried..

There being no further business, Councilman Minor made a that the
meeting be adjourned, This motion waR seconded by Councilman Pounds,
voted and carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at 10:00 P.Iv1
