The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tvlaguire; at 8: 00 P .H. and the minute s of the last regular meet ing held I'-larch 2, 1954 were read and approved. Councilman Pounds made a motion to approve the payment of the following hills: (a) From General Fund: Richard Bodiford, street dept. Cash paid out, street dept. M. W. Bailey, Street dept. S. Z. Wurst, Clerk to 4-1-54 A. V. Perritte, Police to 4-1-54 B. H. King, Police to 4-1-54 O.A.S.I. Contribution fund, quarter ending 3-31-54 Harold D. Maguire, fees on 5 cases W. H. Sanders property. this motion was seconded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried. Councilm~n ~aund9 made a motion to accept amendment No.1, to Ordinance No.1, This motion was seconded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried. Councilman Pounds to accept Ordinance t.o confisc~tfr cars cont.aining illegal alcoholic beverages, this motion was seconded by Councilman Fields voted and c~rricd. Continued on page 8. 8 Councilman Fields, made a motion to \'!rite A. J. Nyc of the Nye Oil Co. that he make necessary repairs to canopy on ol~ station, where it will not be unsightly nnd dangerous to pedestrians or property, and to comply with Ordinance No. 33'. This motion ,vas seconded by C'ouncilman Pounds, voted and carried. There being no further business, 80uncilman r,Iinor made a motion that the I meetinG be adjourned until Tuesday night I'larch 23', 1954, This motion ViaS seconded by Councilman Pounds voted and carried.
