MAY 5. 1954 Present: Councilmen Fields, F~eeman, Maguire, Pounds and Minor Absent: Mayor Salisbury A quorum present The meet~ng was called to order by Vice-Chaimman Fields at 8:15 P.M. and the minutes of last ~eguar meeting held April 20, 1954 were read and approved. Councilman Pounds made a motion to transfer $284.20 from Meter Fund to General Funds, motion seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried. Councilman Pounds made a motion to a ccept Ordinance No;. 129, being an Ordinance entitled, An Ordinance declaring the intentions of the City of Ocoee to annex a certain tract of unincorporated land land lying con- tuguous to the Municipal Boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Oran~ County Florida. Being Lot 12, Block "A" Ester Heights, Plat Book "0" Page 95. 'his motioru was seconded by Councilman Minor,Voted and carried.
