MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD TUESDAY, JULY 6. 1954 Present: C'ouncilmen Fields', Freeman, Maguire and Pounds'. kbscnt: Gou~cilman Minor & Mayor Salisbury A quorum present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Maguire at 8:15 P.M. and the minutes of the l~st regular meeting held June 15, 1954 were read and approved. Councilman Fields made & motion to accept Ordinance NOi 133 bsing and Ordinance entitled and ordinanc~ of the City of Ocoee, Florida annexing a certairn tract of unincorporated: land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County to-"lit; East halves of lots 1, 2 and 3, &lock B, Pounds addition to ocoee, as per plat thrreof recorded in Plat Book N, page 14, Public rec:ords of erandge County, FJlorida, and being Egbert & Isabell Hill. 'fhis motion wa,s seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried. Continued on page 24 24 Councilman Fields made a motion to accept Ordinance No. 134, being an ftEjX Ordinance entitle~, An Ordinanc~ declaring th~ intention of the' City of Ocoee to annex a certain tract of unincorporated: land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Floridal, to-vlit: Lot 4, of R. A. Rewis Addition to Ocoee', according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "H"', page 109). Public Records of Orange County, Florida, being in the name of Holmes. This motion was'seoonded by C~uncilman Pounds, voted and carried. There being no further business, Councilm~n Pounds~ made a motion that the meeting be recessed subject to call. his motion was seconded by Councilman Fields, voted and carried.
