Present: Councilmen Fields, Freeman, Holmes, Minor and Pounds
Absent: None
A quorum present
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Minor at 8:15 P.M. and the
minutes of the last regular meeting held November 16, 1954 were read
and approved.
Councilmen Fields made a motionl to adjourn the recessed meeting held
November 16, 1954, motion seconded by Councilman Holmes, voted' and carrie
Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of all the bills
and one-half of the Derby and Greane Bill and as follows:

A motion to pay aforesaid bills from above mentioned funds was seconded
by Gounc:ilman Pounds, voted and carried.
Councilman Freeman made a motion to appoint Tommie C. Sanders as :permanent
Policeman. Motion-was seconded by Councilman Holmes, voted & carr~ed.
Councilman HolmeS' made a motion to adopt :~Ordinance No. 155, being an
Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, Annexing a certain tract of
~nincorporated land lying conti~uous to the municipal boundaries of the
City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 9

of L.J.Edge. This motion waa seconded by Councilman Pounds ~otednand Carie

This motion was secomded by Couqcilman Pounds, voted and carried. being

Councilman Holmes made a motion to adopt Ordinance Nol 166 being an

annex a certain tra~t of unincorporated land lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoe~ and situated in Orange
County, Floridw, To-wit: Lot 42, Block 4, of the Town of Ocoee,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "A", Pages 100-
101, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. This motion was
seconded by Councmlman Pounds, voted and carried. this being that of
Mrs. S.R. Scott, J.W. Goodman and Hardy.
Councilman Holmes made a motion to cOop)' Ordinance No. 167 befng an
Ordinance declaring the intention of the City of Ocoee, Florida, to
annex a certain tract of unincorporated land lying contiguous to the
muniC'ipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange
County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 6, Block "A", of Pounds Addition to Ocoee
according to plat thereof rec'orded in Plat Book "N", Page 14, Public
ReC'ords of Orange County, Florida. This motion was se~onded by
Councilman Pound~, voted and carried. being the property of Windell
Johnson.
Councilman Holmes made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 168 being an
Ordinance declaring the intention of the City of Ocoee, Florida to
annex a certain tract of un1nc~rporated land lying contiguous to the'
municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange
COunty, Florida, to-wit: K.at 7, Block "A", of Pounds Additiom to ~ur
Ocoee, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "N", Page 14,
Public Records of Orange C'ounty, F)orida, being that of Joseph
Ho~fman.
There' bein$ no further business, Councilman Fields made a motion to
