Councilman Fields made a motion to adjourn the recessed meeting of December 7, 1954, motion was seconded by Councilman Holmes, voted and carried. Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of the following bills except the Oscar Bryan Ford bill and the $150.00 balance due Derby and Greene subject to the discression of the alerk. (a) From General Fund; Sam Oliver, water dept. Anthony Sholes, street dept. E. L. Phillips, street dept. Willard Oliver,street dept. John T. Minor, Mayor Pro Tem fee 1 case Harold D. Maguire, Mayor's fee 13 cases w. H. Wurst, Olerk fee, 14 cases Florida Telephone 00. bills to 12-10-54 John T. Minor, materials for barn Ed's Garage, police dept. Motor Vehicle Commissioner, 4 - 1955 tags Badger Meter Mfg 00. water dept Finley Municipal Supply Co. waster dept. Davis Meter Repair Co. water 'dept Dearbourne Motors Oredit Corp. Councilman Fields made a motion to pay Noah O. Wood $409.90 for all his equipment including the 1953 Chevrolet flat dump truck, Ford traotor and all attachmenns, less amount to put truck in running condition, total payment of truck, tractor, four wheel trailer, scrape disc, front end loader not to exceed $4,000. the net amount due for tractor and attachments $$2~083.07 and for truck $1,259.29. Also to authorize the Clerk and Ohair~an to sign note with the State Bank of Apopka for $4,140. including interest for 36 months, payable $115.00 per month, this motion was seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted & Carrie Oouncilman Freeman made a motion to pay John T. Minor $55.00 for lumb. and materials for extention of the City Barn. motion was seconded by Oouncilman Holmes, voted and carried. Councilman Fiilds made a: motion to fill out form pertaining to the Post Office rent. motion was seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and curied. '58 There being no further businesB~, Councilman Holmes made a motion toa"t the meeting be adjourned, This motion was seconded by Councilman Fields voted and carried.
