MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORID~, HElD
TUESDAY. FEBRUARY 15. 1955
Present: Councilmen, Fields, Freeman, Minor and Pounds.
Absent: Councilman Holmes
A quorum present
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Minor at 8:00 P.M. and the
minutes of the last regular meeting held February 1st 1955 and the
recessed meeting held February 10th 1955 were read and approved.
Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of the following
bills:
(a) From General Funds:
Cash paidout $3.75 street, $4. postage $40. water dept.
Freddie Kennedy, pOlice witness
Virgil C. Lindsey, pOlice witness
J. C. Clark, police witness
J. A. Holland, pOlice witness
B. 'F. Sanders, pOlice witness
Richard Charles, pOlice witness'
W. H. Wurst, Clerk fees, mayors court 15 cases
Harold D. Maguire, Map~rs fees, 15 cases

A motion to pay aforesaid bills from above mentioned funds >>as
seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted and carried.
There being only one bid'to supply with the City with gas and oil,
and that being the Orange State Oil Co. of Miami,. Councilman
Freeman made a motion to accept the' bid, and that they furnish one
550 gallon under ground tank and one electric computer pump, and to
be installed at the earliest possible date. This motion was seconded
by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Freeman made a motion that
sftoomeetlng be adjourned, Th's' motion was seconded by Councilman
Fields, voted and carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at 9:25 PM.
