AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A
CERTAIN AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES;
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; DESCRIBING THE
PROPERTY TO BE ZONED; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ted Bolin is the owner of property annexed into the City of
Ocoee by Ordinance #837; and,
WHEREAS, this piece of property was zoned A-I in Orange County and
Ted Bolin has petitioned the City of Ocoee for a zoning change; and
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board has reviewed the petition and
recommended approval of same; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing as provided in Section 5-1, Chapter 2, Ap-
pendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida was held
and the questions is said that the rezoning of the real property described
below after due public notice; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida made an
independent examination and determined that the zoning classification of
the parcel of real property as set forth below is in the best interest of
the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission of the
City of Ocoee, Florida, under Section 3, Chpater II, the following described
parcel of real property shall henceforth bear the zoning classification as
indicated below, as defined by Section 6A, Chapter IV, Appendix A of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida:
TO BE REZONED: R-1A: Section 10, Township 22 South, Range 28 East;
The East 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 10, Township 22 South, Range 28 East.
(Less the South 30 feet for road).PARCEL 76.
SECTION II: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to amend, alter,
and supplement the official City zoning and land use maps and comprehensive
land use plans of the City of Ocoee, Florida to include said land herein
described.

SECTION III: That if any section or portion of section or subsection
of the Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity force or effect of
any other section or portion of a section or subsection of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
SECTION V: That this Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and
adoption, thereafter the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified
copy of this Ordinace with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
Orange County, Florida and to file a certified copywith the Department of
State of the State of Florida.
