B14 CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 695 OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA; CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ADDRESSED IN THE N~ENDED ORDI- NANCE; REITERATING THE INCORPORATION OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED IN THE CI~Y OF OCOEE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Ocoee, Florida annexed certain property described below, in the past; and, WHEREAS, the legal description contained ln that annexation ordinance was incomplete; and, WHEREAS, consequently said properties have never been proper ly assessed for City Taxes or recognized as having been incorpor- ated into the City of Ocoee by Orange County. The legal description described below shall be inserted for the legal description carried in Ordinance number 695 and the legal description on 695 shall be deleted. ,~- '. , That the following described parcel of real property situated ln Orange County, Florida, to-wit~ ORLj-275 PG4923 West 169 feet of the East 185 feet of the North 150 feet of the North- east quarter (NE~) of the Northwest quarter (NW~) of the Southeast quar- ter (SE~) less State Road Right-of- Way on the North in Section 17, Town- ship 22 South, Range 28 East Section 2. This Ordinance re-emphasizes the fact that the above described property was and is within the corporate limits of the City of Ocoee. Section 3. If any portion of this Ordinance shall be deemed void or unconstitutional the remainder of the Ordinance shall re- main in effect. upon Section 4.
