ORDINANCE NO. 813
CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 532 OF THE CITY
OF OCOEE, FLORIDA; CORRECTING THE LEGAL
DECRIPTION ADDRESSED IN THE AMENDED ORDI-
NA~;CE; REITERATING THE INCORPORATION OF
THE PROPERTY INVOLVED IN THE CITY OF
OCOEE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Ocoee, Florida annexed certain property
described below, in the past; and,
WHEREAS, i:he legal description contained in that annexation
ordinance was incomplete; and,
WHEREAS, consequently said properties have never been proper-
ly assessed for City Taxes or recognized as having been incorpor-
ated into the City of Ocoee by Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The legal description described below shall be
inserted for the legal description carried in Ordinance number 532
and the legal description in 532 shall be deleted.
That the following described parcel of real property situated
ln Orange County, Florida, to-wit:
"Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East
one-half (E~) of the Southeast quarter (SE~)
or the Northeast quarter (NE~) of Section 17,
Township 22 South, Range 28 East run thence
South 213.91 feet, run thence East 287.6 feet,
thence run North 220.57 feet, thence run West
287.6 feet to the Point of Beginning."
Section 2. This Ordinance re-emphasizes the fact that the
above described property was and is within the corporate limits
of the City of Ocoee.
Section 3. If any portion of this Ordinance shall be deemed
void or unconstitutional the remainder of the Ordinance shall re-
main in effect.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon adoption of the City Commission.
