ORDINANCE NO. 812
CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 658 AND NUMBER
660; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, certain properties hereinafter described by legal
description were annexed into the City of Ocoee in the past by
Ordinance number 658 and 660, respectively; and,
WHEREAS, these properties are not in any way contiguous to
the City boundaries of the City of Ocoee; and,

WHEREAS, these properties are not carried on the City Tax
Rolls nor ever have been on the City Tax Rolls of the Orange Coun-
ty Tax Assessor; and,
WHEREAS, these annexation ordinances were never properly re-
corded.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance number 658 and 660 are hereby repealed.
The lands that these Ordinances theoretically annexed are hereby
disclaimed by the City of Ocoee, as they were improperly annexed.
Section 2. That if any section or portion of a section or
subsection of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or
unconstitutional it shall not be held to ivalidate or impair the
validity, force or effect of any other section or portion of a
section or subsection or part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. That all previous ordinances or parts of ordinan-
ces in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon pass-
age of adoption, thereafter the City Clerk is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of the Ordinance with the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court and for Orange County, Florida and to file a certified
copy to the Department of State of Florida.
