AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY INTO THE MUNICIPAL
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA:
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT: DESCRIBING THE
PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED: INCORPORATING SAID
PROPERTY INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE
CITY: AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lyder Johnson, the agent for the owner of the following described
parcel of real property, has requested and petitioned the City of Ocoee,
Florida, to annex the same in and to the municipal boundaries of said City; and
WHEREAS, said fee simple owner has filed his Petitions and Consents with
the City Commission as provided by Article 1, Section 6.1, of the City Charter
of the City of Ocoee, and Section 171.044, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing as provided by Article 1, Section 6.1 of the Cit
Charter of the City of Ocoee was held on the question of annexation of said
parcel of real property no less than 10 days and not more than 60 days from
the date fo the filing of such petition with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has made an
independent examination of the said property and determined, and does hereby
find, that the area involved qualifies for municipal benefits and that it is in
the best interests of the City of Ocoee that such area should be annexed to and
be included in the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, does bereby
find and determine that said property is an unincorporated area of Orange
County and is contiguous to the Municipal boundaries of the City of Ococe,

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: OR 4. 27 5 PG 4 909
Section 1. TIlat the following described parcel of real property located
in Orange County, Florida, be and the same hereby is incorporated into and
made part of the municipal bounoaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida:
Three pieces of property each being a part of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 19, Township 22 South, and Range 28 East, Orange County,
Florida.
East 417.4 feet of the South 551.8 feet of the Southwest ~,
of the Southeast ~. of the Southeast ~ (less the South 7S feet)
and the West ~ of the Southeast ~, Southeast ~ of the Southwest-
~ (less South 75 feet for the Road Right-of-Way)
And
Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~ of the Southeast ~, South and We~t
of Maguire Road. and the East ~ of the Southeast ~, of the
Southeast ~, of the Southeast \ (less the South 534.42 feet).
And
The North 768.2 feet of the East 418 feet of the West ~ of the
South~ast ~, of the Southeast ~ (less the piece North and West
of the County ditch).
Section 2. TIllit the City of Ocoee, Florida shall have all the power.
authority and jurisdiction over and within the lands described in Section 1
hereof, and of the inhabitants thereof. and 1112 property therein, ad it d~e&
have over its present corporate limits, and all the laws, ordinances aud
resolutions of the said City shall apply and have equal furce and effl:;ct
as if all the territory had been a part of the Ci. LY at tIle time of p~ssage
of such laws, ordinances and resolutions.
Section 3. 1111s Ordinance shall become effective lniOlediatd,y utlon
