ORDINANCE NO. 16'1
CITY OF OCOE~, FLORIDA
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF A CERTAIN AREA
WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES;
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; DESCRIBING
THE PROPERTY TO BE REZONED; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the owner, Royal American Development, Inc., of the parcel of
real property located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, hereinafter described, has requested that the zoning classification
of said property be zoned R-3.
WHEREAS, a public hearing as provided by Section 5-1, Chapter II,
Appendix A of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida was held on
the question of zoning of said parcel of real property described below after
due public notice; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee has made an independent
examination and has determined that the zoning classification of the parcel of
property as set forth below is in the best interest of the City.
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission of the City
of Ocoee, Florida, under Section 3, Chapter II, Appendix A of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida, the following described parcel of
real property shall henceforth bear the zoning classification as indicated
below as defined by Section 6, Chapter IV, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Ocoee, Florida;
To be zoned R-3:
Parcel
The East 316.0 Feet (less the North 642.0 Feet)
of the East ~ of the NE ~ of the NE ~ of Section 13,
Township 22 South, Range 27 East. Subject to
Right-of-Way for Palm Drive on the South.
Containing 4.656 Acres, Net.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
by the City Commission of Ocoee, Florida.
