ORDINANCE NO. 76~ Ny; I-I?~;;'c//Jff' - .S- C ~'1 d fileadi, _ / {. ,(JOu 8 2- "7 Pcd'~ CfTY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE GENERALIZED FUTURE LAND USE MAP, CHAPTER 4, FIGURE 4-2 OF ORDINANCE 719 AND THE OFFICIAL LAND USE MAP BY CHANGING A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM COMMERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL USE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has made an independent examination of the zoning class- ification of the property described below and has determined and recommended that the zoning classification should be changed, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, as provided by Section 5, Chapter II, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, was held on the question of zoning of said parcel of real property described below after due public notice thereof, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has recommended that said parcel of real property set forth below be zoned as indicated, and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida has made an independent examination and has determined that the zoning classification of the parcel of property as set forth below is in the best interest of the city; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, under Section (3), Chapter II, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida and Section 163.215 and 166.041 Florida Statutes, the following described parcel of real property shall henceforth bear the zoning classification of I-l district as defined in Section 11, Chapter IV, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida, to wit: Legal description is as follows: To be zoned I-l Begin at the S.E. Corner of NW~ of NW~ of NW~ of o Sec. 29, T22S, R28E, thence run N 00 29'30"E along the east line of said NW~ NW~ NW~ 285.42', thence S 89ol8'40"E 463.26', thence S 00040'00"W 100.00', thence S 89ol9'40"E 532.69' to the westerly right- of-way of the "Seaboard Coastline Railroad", thence S 43004'15"g along said westerly right-ot-way 796.14', thence N 89 27'00"W 173.70', thence S 00 33'00"W 237.50' to the north right-of-wBY of Old "State Road 50 Extension", thence N 89 27'00"W along said north right-df-way 1370.40', thence N 00029'30"E 630.65' to the point of beginning, containing 25.36 acre subject to easements and restrictions of record if any. is Section 2. The Land Use Map of the Ocoee Comprehensive Plan hereby amended to reflect this change of zoning. Section 3.
