HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 713• • ORDINANCE NO.�/� CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ZONING OF LAND ANNEXED INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SAID PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Charles M. Simmerson and Ray Westerman, the owners of the following described parcel of real property, have petitioned the City of Ocoee to annex the same into the municipal boundaries of said city; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee has annexed said property into the municipal boundaries of tle City of Ocoee by Ordinance NO. _-7 dated _ air �� : and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the question of annexation and zoning of said parcel of real property after due public notice thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has made an independent examination and has determined that the zoning classification of the parcel of property as set forth below is in the best interest of the city; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has recommended that said parcel of property set forth below be zoned as indicated in conjunction with its annexation into the City of Ocoee, Florida; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, under Appendix A, Chapter II, Section 6, of the City of Ocoee Code of Ordinances the following described parcel of real property is annexed into the municipal boundaries of the city, and shall henceforth bear the zoning classification as indicated below, as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida. To be zoned R1 -A: SW4 of the SW4 of the SW4 of Sec. 9, TWP 225, RGE 28 East and the South 200 feet of the SE4 of the SW4 of the SW4 of SEC.9,TWP 22 S, RGE 28 East. Subject to R/W easement for drainage over the South 20 feet of the SW4 of SW4 of SEC.9, TWP 22S, RGE.28 East. Containing 10 acres more or less. All above lying in Orange County. Section 2.
