MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
TUESDAY. JULY 5. 1955

Present: Councilmen Fields, Freeman, Holmes and Pounds.
Absent: &ouncilman Minor
A quorum Present
The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Holmes at 8:30 P.M. the
minutes of the last regular meeting held June 21, 1955 were read and
approved:
Councilman Fields made a motion that the recessed meeting of June
21, 1955 be closed. Motion seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted & Carried.
approve the payment of
Councilman Fields made a motion to/~ all bills as far as the money

A motion to pay aforesaid bills from above mentioned funds was
seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted and carried.
Councilman Fields made a motion that the City Attorney to check and
obtain the necessary Court Order for the release of the $210.32 and
forward to t he First National Ben k, Chicago, this motion was seconded by
Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.
Councilman Firlds made a motion to obtain a tax reassessment for the
City from Honeycut and associates not to cost more than $100. This
motion was seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.
Councilman Fields made a motion to accept the tentative plat of Mr.
J., D. Kolar's subdivision subject to the original for the Council's
signatures. Motmon seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.

Councilman Fields made a motion to buy Bonds at next best price above
.91~. Motion was seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted and carried.

There being no further business, C uncilman Fields made a motion to
adjourn. This motion was seconded By Councilnlan Freeman, voted and
carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
