The meeting was called to order by Chairman Minor at 8:15 P.M. the
minutes of the last regular meeting held September 6, 1955 ',,,-ere reE,d

Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of the

A motion to pay aforesaid bills from above mentioned funds was
seconded by Councilman Holmes, voted and carried.
Councilman Pounds made a motion to pay E. H. Ellis for 24 ft of
rw)ber matting for fire truck at $1.05 less the $24.50 for tractor
work, being a difference of .70 due Ellis. This motion was seconded
by Councilman Freeman, voted and carried.
Councilnan Fields made a motion to open the registration book on
September 21st and close ten days before the regular City Election
on November 1st 1955. this motion was seconded by Councilman Pounds,
voted and carried.

Councilman Fields made a motion to adopt Ordinance No.321, being
an ordinance prohibiting trespass. Thos motion was seconded by
Councilman Holmes, voted and carried. '
There being no further business, Councilman Freeman made a motion
to adjourn. This motion was seconded by Councilman Holmes, voted
and carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at 11:05 P.M.
