Present: Councilmen Fields, Freeman, Holmes, Minor and Pounds
Absent: None
A quorum presert
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Minor at 8:50 P.M. and
the minutes of the last regular meeing held October 18, 1955 were read
and approved.
Councilman fields ITa de a motion; to approve: the payment of the
following bills:
(a) From General Fund:
Cash paid out, Postage $6. Ink .50i
John! T. Minor, mayor pro tern fees 4 cases
W. H. Wurst, Clerk fees 4 cases
O. L. Sanders, Police duety one day
Grace Vfueeler, Election Clerk

A motion to pay aforesaid bills from above mentioned funds was
seconded by Councilman Holmes, voted and carried
Councilman Fields made a motdlOn to pay 0.. L. Sanders $10.00 for one
night police duty and $7.00 each for the election board, this motion
was seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.
Councilman Fields made a motion to table the Gibbs Ashley bill of
$25.00, this motion was seconded by Councilman Freeman, voted and carried.
There being no furthBr business, eouncilman Holmes made a motion to
recess this meeting until November 3rd 1955 at 7:00 P.M. this motionwas
seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried. Thereupon, the Council
recessed at 9:20 P.M.
