AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF nCOEP, FLORIDA,
CHANGIVG THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIN A. EA WITHIN THd MUNTCIPAL BOUNDARIES;
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; DESCRIBING THE
PROPERTY TO BE REZONED; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, has made an independent examination of the zoning classi-
fication of the property described below and has determined that
the zoning classification should be changed and made less restric-
tive; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing as provided by Section 6 (2),
Chapter II, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Ocoee, Florida was held on the question of zoning of said parcel
of real property described below after due public notice; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee,
Florida has recommended that said parcel of property set forth
below be rezoned as indicated; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee has made
an independent examination and has determined that the zoning
classification of the parcel of property as set forth below is in
the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission
of the City of Ocoee, Florida, under Section 6 (3), Chapter II,
Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida
the following described parcel of real property shall henceforth
bear the zoning classification as indicated below as defined by
Section 4, Chapter IV, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Ocoee, Florida:
To be zoned Rl-A:
Lots 1-9, BLK A and Lots 1-10, BLK B, Lakeview
4th Addition and Lots 1-11, BLK A and Lots 1-12,
BLK B, Lakeview 5th Addition, Sec.17, TWP 22, RGE 28.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage by the
City Commission
