CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ZONING OF
LAND ANNEXED INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA; MAKING
FINDINGS OF FACT; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF SAID PROPERTY; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Rodney B. and Georgia M. Dann, the owners of the
following described parcel of real property, has petitioned the
City of Ocoee to annex the same into the municipal boundaries of
said city; and
WHEREAS. the City Commission of the City of Ocoee has
annexed said property into th? municipal boundaries of the City 0
Ocoee, by Ordinance NO._~r- dated / ~/:'7f 1979; an
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the question of
annexation and zoning of said parcel of real property after due
public notice thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida,
has made an independent examination and has determined that the
zoning classification of the parcel of property as set forth belo
is in the best interests of the city; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida,
has recommended that said parcel of property set forth below be
zoned as indicated in conjunction with its annexation into the
City of Ocoee, Florida;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission
of the City of Ocoee, Florida, under Appendix A, Chapter II,
Section 6, of the City of Ocoee Code of Ordinances the following
described parcel of real property is annexed into the municipal
boundaries of the city, and shall henceforth bear the zoning
classification as indicated below, as defined by the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida:
To be zoned Rl-A.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage by the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida.
