Hudson, the owners of the following described parcel of real property, have requested and petitioned the City of Ocoee,Florida,to annex the same in and to th municipal boundaries of said City; and WHEREAS, said fee simple owners have filed their Petitions and Consents with the City Commission as provided by Article 1, Section 6.1, of the City Charter of the City of Ocoee and Section 171.044, Florida Statutes; and WHEREAS, a public hearing as provided by Article 1, Section 6.1 of the City Charter of the City of Ocoee was held on the question of annexation of said parcel of real property no less than 10 days and not more than 60 days from the date of the filing of such petition with the City Clerk; and .!4 ... Q) U WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has made an independent examination of the s~id property and determined and does hereby find, that the area involved qualifies for municipa,. benefits and that it is in the best interests of the City of Ocoee that such area should be annexed to and be included in the municipa boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee,Florida, does hereby find and determine that said property is in an unincorporate area of Orange County and is contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida and is compact; l',r-m4' . .! That the following described parcJ11l L671~afGp~~p~lty owned by Ronald F. and Brenda G. Hudson, located in Orange County, Florida, be and the same hereby is incorporated into and made part of the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida; Begin on the East line of the NW~ of SW~ of swt of Section 9, TWP.22 South;Rge.28 East, 496.01' NOO 38'00" W from the S.E. corner of said NW~SW~SW~,run thence S 89 22'00" W 277.75', thence NOO 38'00" W 91.24' to the South right-of-way of the A.C.L. Railroad, thence N 61 19'00" E along said right-of-way 26.13' to the beginning of a curve concave to the South and having a radius of 3049.88', thence Easterly along the arc of said curve 232.43' thru a central angle of 4 22'00" to the Southerly right-of-way of A.D.Mims Road and a point on a curve concave to the North and having a radius of 202.25' ,thence from a tangent bearing of S 67 41'00" E run easterly along the arc of said curve and the Southerly right-of-way of A.D. Mims Road 47.58' thru a central angle of 13 28'45" to the East line of SW~NW~SW~ 9.22.28,thence SOO 38'00" E 191.66' to the point of beginning, subject to an easement for ingress- egress and services over the Easterly 35.00' and contiguous with A.D.Mims Road the full width of easement and all subject to restrictions and easements of record if any. Section 2. That the City of Ocoee,Florida shall have all the power, authority, and jurisdiction over and within the lands de- scribed in Section 1 hereof, and of the inhabitants thereof, and the property therein, as it does have over its present corporate limits, and all the laws, ordinances and resolutions of the said City shall apply and have equal force and effect as~fall the territory had been a part of the City at the time\df'pcL'E(sage of such laws, ordinances and resolutions. ~,) section 3.
