APRIL 17. 956 147-' Present: Councilmen Fields, Freeman, Holland, Holmes, and Pounds Absent: N"one A quorum pr4sent The meeting was called to order by Chairman Holmes at 8:30 P.M. and the minutes of the last regular meeting held April 3, 1956 were read and approved. Eouncilman Fields made a motion to have two street lights installed, one at Lakewood and Ohio and other at Lakewood and Delaware, motion was se~- onded by Councilman Holland, voted and carried. Councilman Fields made a motion to accept the annual audit report ending October 31" 1955 prepared by Derby and Greene, Certified Public Accountants of Daytona Beach, and as it was explained by Mr. Green at meeting held April 3, 1956. This motion was seconded by Councilman Freeman,voted and carried. Councilman Fields made a motion to adopt ordinance no. 337, being an Odinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, annexing a certain tract of un- incorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to-wit: Begin at SE corner of SW~ of SE~ of Sec. 18, Twp. 22 South, Ran@e 28 E. run west 382.3 feet, thence North 371.6 feet for point of starting: Run thence West 135 feet, north 60 feet, East 135 feeti South 60 feet to point of starting. This motion was seconded by Counci man Freeman; ~ Councilmen Fields, Freeman, Holland, Holmes and Pounds voted AYE. Voted and carri~d. Continued on page 148 f 148 Councilman Fields made a motion that the City pay the cost for each of the Councilmen, Holmes, Freeman and Holland to spend a day each at the Clerk's office to assertain the to be done in connections with the City work. This motion was seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried. Being no further business, Councilman Fields made a motion to adjourn.
