MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD

A quorum present.
The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Holland ~t 8:30 P.M. and
minutes of the last regular meeting held May 1, 1956 were read and
approved.
C,ouncilman Freeman made a motion to approve the payment of all bills,
except the M. C. Bryan billft of $58.55

A motion to pay aforesaid Bills from above mentioned funds was
seconded by Councilman Pounds, voted and carried.
Clerk to vlrite Florida POvler Corp to paY.lOver to City the amount
of Utility Tax Collected and held in escrow as previously agreed
by letter, as we have no knowledge of any litigati0n to this time.
Councilman Freman made a motion to accept the resignation of Tommie
C. Sanders as Policeman, since his resignation has been accepted by
the Mayor, this motion was seconded by Councilman Fields, voted & Carr~ed.
Mr. O'Neall of Orlando was present to discuss the water system problems
and would make his proposal and recomendations in writing.
There being no further business, Councilman Pounds made a motion to
re6ess~. This motion vms seconded by Councilman Fields, ~oted and
carried, Thereupon, the Council r.eges~.eo.<.~ at 11: 30 P.M.
