OCTOBER 2. 1~56 Present: Councilmen Fields, Freama~ Holland and Pounds 173' Absent: Councilman Holmes A quorum present The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Holland at a:30 P,M. and the minutes of the regular meeting held September la, 1956 and the recessed meeting of September 24, 1956 were read and approved. Counc::ilman Pounds made a motion to approve the payment of the following bills, as well as the O.A.S.I., Phone and $100. on AttorJey Cross Bill (a) From General Fund: John T. Councilman Pounds made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 346, being an ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, annexing a certain tract of unincorporated land lying cont1guous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, To-wit: Lots 70, 71, 72 and 73 of B.M. Sims Subdivision of Block 1 of the Town of Ocoeei a ccording to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "F", Page l26~ Pub ic Records of Orange ~unty, Florida; Also, Lots 20 and 21 l:llock 1 of the Town of Ocoee, as recorded in Plat Book !!A ff , pages iOO-101, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. This motion was seconded by Councilman Freeman. - Councilmen Pounds, Fields and Freeman voted AYE. no No's. voted and earried. I Councilman Pounds made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 347, being an ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, annexing a certain tract of unincorporated land lying cont1guo~s to the Minicipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 17, west of the railroad, in Rueben Keglers subdivision of the SE~ of the NEi of Sec. la Twp. 22 South Rage 2g East according to plat thereof recorded in ~lat Book "A", Page lIB Pubiic Records of Oran~ County, Florida. Councilman Pounds made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 34a, being an ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, Annexing a certain tract of unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaires of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange mbunty Florida to-wit: Lot la, west of the rai+road in Rueben Keglers Subdivision of the SE~ of the NEk of~ Sec. It!, Twp~t;22 South Rage 2! East, according to plat thereof recorded in Pla.tttlBook "A", Page II!, Public Records of Orange County Florida. This motion was seconded by Councilman Freeman. Eouncilman Pounds made a motion to adopt ordinance No. 350, being an Ordinance declaring the intentions of the City of Ocoee, Florida to annex a.ceetain tract of unincorporated land lying cont1guous to the mtnicipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County Florida, to-wit: Lots 1 to 4~ both inclusivel in Block 5, according to plat of Town of Ocoee, .Plat .l:Sook "A", Page luO, Public records of Orange County} Florida.
