Absent: None The meeting was c~lled to order by Councilman Freeman at 8:00 P. M.~nd a motion was made by Councilman }fursden to adjourn the recessed meeting of April 15th.1958. I'1otion ',ias seconded by Councilman Holland. Voted. and. carried. The minutes of that meeting were then read and approved. A motion was made by Councilman Marsden to pay the following bills. One from Mr. E. A. Murray and one from Harold Stoutenberg, each claiming that a large oak tree in front of their properties are a hazard, and giving permission for the re- moval of same. A Motion was made by Councilman Holland and seconded by Councilman Pounds that city clerk write to Florida Power Corp. giving them authority to remove these trees. Voted for and carried. A Motion was nade by Councilman Marsden that City adopt ordinance # 379, being an ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Orange County, Florida, relating to revocation of license of any business, profession or occupation for which a City license is required. This motion was seconded by Councilman Holland. Voted and carried. A Motion was made by Councilman Marsden that City adopt ordinance # 380, being an ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Orange County, Florida,prescrib- ingthe manner of conveyances of real, personal or mixed property owned by the City. Motion was seconded by Councilman Holland. Voted and carried. A Motion was made by Councilman Holland that the City of Ocoee sell the followin~ discribed property to Mr. Edwin Pounds for the amount of two ($200.00) hundred dollars. Piece ~ft E & W, by 60 ft. N.&S in SW corner of lot 18, Block 3, Town of Ocoee.This motion was seconded by Councilman Marsden, and voted for by Councilman Fields,Freeman Pounds, Holland and Marsden, anti carried unanimous~y. There being no further business a motion was made by Councilman Feilds to recess this meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilman Marsden. Voted and carried.
