COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
JUNE 17th.1958

Present: Councilmen Freeman, Pounds, Marsden, Fields and Holland.
Absent: None
The meeting was called to order by Councilman Freeman at 8;20 P. M.
and the minutes of the last regular meeting, held June 3rd.1958, were
read and approved.
A motion was made by Councilman Marsden to pay the following bills.
Motion seconded by Councilman Holland. Voted and carried.

A motion was made by Councilman Holland that City accept an offer made by
Prospect Park Nat~onal Bank, Paterson, N. J., and purchase 5-$1,000 City
of Ocoee refunding bonds at $ 970.00 each. This motion was seconded by Council
Marsden. Voted and carried. man
A motion was made by Councilman Fields, and seconded by Councilman Holland
to paint City Fire Dept. Bldg. Voted and carried.
Pursuant of request,by:ovmer, James'E-~' Russell, that City annex 10 acres
SET. sec, lying south of R. R., Sec 8, Tovmship 22 S. Range 28E, contiguous
with City of Ocoee, a motion was made by Councilman Fields that City Att'y
prepare necessary papers to annex the above discribed property. City to
provide city conveniences, including city water. Motion seconded by Council- '
man Pounds. Voted and carried.
There being no 'further business, Councilman Fields made a motion to recess.
This motion was seconded by Councilman Marsden. Voted and carried. Thereupon
council recessed at 10;15 P. M.
