MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
TUESDAY, August 19th. 1958

Present: Councilmen Freeman, Pounds, Fields, Holland & Marsden.
Absent: None
The meeting was called to order by Councilman Freeman at 8;25 P.M.
and the minutes of the last regular meeting, held August 5th. 1958
were read and approved.
A motion was made by Councilman Fields to approve the payment of the
following bills. fJIotion vTaS seconded by Councilman Holland. Voted and
carried.

Pursuant of request by owner James E. Russell, that City annex the
folloldng discribed property, a motion was made by Councilman Fields
to have City Attorney prepare necessary papers to annex.

lC 18' 56" VI 337.50 feet, thence N 80" 55' 10" E 20.0 feet, thence N 15'-'

E16.76 feet, thence N28039'02'1 W140.0 feet to the center of the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad, thence 6~20' 58T1 E 21.10 feet, thenceN 61~22' 30"

and voted for by Councilmen Fields, Holland Marsden, Pounds and Freeman.
There being no further business, Councilman Fields made a motion to ad-
journ. notion vfas seconded by Councilman Holland. Voted and carried.
