ORDINANCE NO 60 8 CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDONING AN ALLEY
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER AND LOCATED IN THE CITY OF OCOEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA:
Section one: It is hereby determined that property hereinafter des-
cribed has been platted as follows:
Plat Book A, Page 100 in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for Orange County, Florida.
Section two: That said property is no longer useful or needed as a
r alley and that it is in the public interest that said
public street, way o a y
property be abandoned, vacated and closed as a public street, way or alley and
as public property, and be released from any and every public right, use, title,
and interest. The following described property be, and the same is hereby
vacated, closed and abandoned and said property be, and the same is hereby
released and discharged of any and every public right, use, title and interest
of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and said property shall be platted in accordance
with the plat above described, which plat is hereby confirmed and the dedication
of all public streets, ways or alleys shown therein accepted by the City of
Ocoee, Florida, said property lying and being in Orange County, Florida, and
and completely abandoned.
Section four: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase,
or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate,
distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion thereof.
Section five: This ordinance shall take affect immediately upon
passage by the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida.

be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
may be necessary or required to show that said property has been absolutely
and completely abandoned.
