ORDINANCE NO. es -
CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA,
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIN AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES;
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; DESCRIBING THE
PROPERTY TO BE REZONED; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, has made an independent examination of the zoning classi-
fication of the property described below and has determined that
the zoning classification should be changed and made less restric-
tive; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing as provided by Section 6 (2),
Chapter II, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Ocoee, Florida was held on the question of zoning of said parcel
of real property described below after due public notice; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee,
Florida has recommended that said parcel of property set forth
below be rezoned as indicated; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee has made
an independent examination and has determined that the zoning
classification of the parcel of property as set forth below is in
the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission
of the City of Ocoee, Florida, under Section 6(3), Chapter II,
Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ocoee, Florida
the following described parcel of real property shall henceforth
bear the zoning classification as indicated below as defined by
Section 6, Chapter IV, Appendix A of the code of Ordinance of the
City of Ocoee, Florida:
To be zoned R3
and:
The South # of Lot 53 and the East 12' of
the South i of Lot 52 of Sim's Subdivision
to Ocoee, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book "F", page 126, of the
Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Beginning at S.E. corner of Lot 6, Block C
of Grace Park as shown by plat recorded in
Plat Book "M", page 8 of the Public Records
of Orange County, Florida. Thence N. 105',
then W. 52' thence S. 105'. Thence East to
point of beginning. Reserving a 2' easement
for drainage ditch on east of 2' of said land.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage by the City Commission of Ocoee.
