MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16TH. 1958

Pnesent: Councilmen Freeman, Pounds, Howell, Holland and Marsden.
Absent: None
The meeting was called to order by Councilman Freeman at 8:00 P.M.
and the minutes of the last regular meeting, held Dec.2nd.1958
were read and approved.
A motion was made by Councilman Marsden to approve the payment of the followin~
bills. Motion seconded by Clouncilman Holland. Voted and carried.

A motion was made by Councilman Marsden that the City of Ocoee assume the
responsibility and operation of the Ocoee Cemetary, subject to approval of
Trustees of said Cemetery. City is not to be responsible for any previous
transactions. City Council is to have authority to set prices of lots therem.
This motion was seconded by Councilman Howell. Voted and carried.
A motion was made by Councilman Holland that City Clerk prepare and mail a
Statement to Mayor Pat Broadaway for $233.00,this being the amount of all un-
paid fines for which Mayor Broadaway made arrangements for payment. Motion
seconded by Councilman Marsden. Voted and carried.
~here being no further business a motion was made by Councilman Pounds to
adjourn. Motion seconded by Councilman Marsden. Voted and carried. There-
upon Council adjourned at 11:25 P.M.
