Present: Councilmen Freeman, Pounds, Holland, Howell and Marsden. Absent: None The meeting was called to order by Councilman Freeman at 8;15 P.M. and the minutes of the last regular meeting, held December 16th.1958 were read and approved. A motion was made by Councilman Holland to approve the payment of the following bills. Motion was approved by Councilman Marsden. Motion was seconded by Councilman Howell. Voted and carried. A motion was made by Councilman Howell that Police car radio, which has proven unsatisfactory, be returned to Mr. Harold Maguire. Motion was sec- onded by Councilman Pounds. Voted and carried. There being no further business a motion was made by Councilman Pounds to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Councilman Holland.
