A motion was made by Councilman Marsden that Council approve the payment of the following bills. Motion was seconded by Councilman Pounds. Voted and Carried. (a) FROM GENERAL FUND: Mrs. Alice Wood, water deposit refund Cherokee Asphalt Paving Co. Angela McCabe, Office Sam Oliver, Water Dept. O. G. Smith, Street Dept. Richard Bodiford, Street Dept. Councilman Howell seconded the motion. Councilmen Howell, Holland, Pounds and Marsden voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously. The City attorney having drafted and presented for adoption an Ordinance~~xx6cxtxI:xec~ to annex that portion I of the West Half of NW! of NW! of Section 16, Township 22 South Range 28 East and it having been read in its entirety three times Councilman Howell made a motion that it be adopted as"Ordinance No. 394-A of the City. Councilman Holland seconded the motion. Councilmen Howell, Holland, IVIarsden a nd Pounds voted YES No no's. CBrried unanimously.
