MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ~ffiETING OF Trffi 6ITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD JULY 7TH, 1959

Present: Councilmen Freeman, Pounds, Marsden, Howell, Holland
and Mayor Broadaway
Absent: None

The meeting was called to order by Councilman Freeman at 8:05 P.M.
and the minutes of the last regular meeting held June June 16th, 1959
and the Special meeting held June 25th, 1959 were read and approved.
A motion was made by Councilman Marsden that Council approve the
payment of the following bills. Motion was seconded by Councilman
Pounds. Voted and Carried.
(a) FROM GENERAL FUND:

There being no further business Councilman Marsden made a
motion to recess this meeting. Motion was seconded by
Councilman Holland. Thereupon Council recessed at 11:00 P.M.

of the City. Councilman Howell seconded the motion. Councilmen
Howell, Holland, Pounds and Marsden voted YES. No no's. Carried
unanimously.
The City attorney having drafted and presented for adoption an
Ordinance~~xx6cxtxI:xec~ to annex that portion I
of the West Half of NW! of NW! of Section 16, Township 22 South
Range 28 East and it having been read in its entirety three times
Councilman Howell made a motion that it be adopted as"Ordinance
No. 394-A of the City. Councilman Holland seconded the motion.
Councilmen Howell, Holland, IVIarsden a nd Pounds voted YES No
no's. CBrried unanimously.
