M I ~ QQ -< I I 23 IUNUTES OF THE REGULAR r@~ETING OF THE GJ:TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA HELD AUG. 4, 1959 Present: ,Councilmen Freeman, Pounds, Marsden, Howell, Holland and Mayor Broadaway Absent: None The meeting was called to order by Councilman Freeman at 8:20 the minutes of the last regular meeting held July 21st, 1959 were read and approved. A motion was made by Councilman Marsden to adjourn the recessed meeting held July 21st, 1959. The motion was seconded by Council- man Howell. Voted and Carried. A motion was made by Councilman Marsden that Council approve the payment of the following bills. Motion was s~conded by Council- man Pounds. Voted and Carried. The motion was seconded by Councilman Pounds. Councilmen Pounds, Hm'lell, Holland, & Marsden voted AYE. No no's. earried unanimously. Councilman Holland .made a motion to release Mrs. McCabe's bond. Motion seconded by Council Marsden. Councilmen Pounds, Holland, & Marsden voted AYE. Councilman Howell voted NO. Carried. There being no further business Councilman motion to recess this meeting.
