Minutes of the last regular meeting held August 2, 1960 were read and annroved. Councilman Marsden made a motion to adjourn the recessed meeting held August 2, 1960. Councilman Howell seconded the motion. Voted and ca rried. Councilman Pounds made a motion that council approve~ the following bills. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion, Voted and carried. Councilman Marsden m;:'de a motion to sell the brick took Lake Drive for 5i each and the broken ones for 2i each. Howell seconded the motion. Councilmen Pounds, Howell, Marsden voted AYE. No no's. Carried unanimously. up from Starke Councilman La:i::td and Councilman Marsden made a motion to earmark all the money from the sale of the brick for the Street Department. Councilman Howell sec- I onded the motion. Councilmen Howell, Pounds, Marsden, and Laird voted AYE. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman Pounds made a motion to table the discussion of the police car until a later date. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilman Howell, Pounds, Marsden and Laird ~eted Aye, No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman MArsden made a motion for City Attorney Spencer C. Cross to write to Farm Home and Machinery stClting.the amount owed the,City for correcting Well No.2. Councilman Howell seconded the motion. Councilmen Howell, Laird, Marsden and Pounds voted AYE. No no's. Carried unamimously. Councilman Howell made a motion to pay Sam Holland $150.00 for numbering the houses.in Ocoee. Councilman Marsden_seconded the motion. Council men Howell, Laird, Manten, and Pounds, voted AYE. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen Howell, Marsden ~ounds, Laird voted AYE. No no's. Carried unanimously. . There being no further business Councilman Marsden made a motion to recess_this meeting. Councilman Pounds seconded the motion. Thereppon_Council recessed at 10:2,5: P.M.
