The meeting was c~lled to order by Councilman FreemRn ~t 12:05 P.M.
Councilman L~ird made _ motion to accept ~rdin@nce #402 being an
ordin2ce ascertDining the Amount necessary to operate the City of
Ocoes, Florida, for the fiscal yeJr beginning November 1st, 1960
and ending October 31st, 1961. Councilman Marsden seconded the
motion. Councilmen Howell, Pound s, LGl ird, JiJarsden voted AYE . No
no's. C~rrie~ unanimously.

Councilman Howell made a motion to ~dopt Ordinance # 403 being an
ordinance levying @ t~x upon tax.ble property within the City of
Ocoee, Florid~, for t he fiscal ye~r beginning November 1st, 1960
and ending October 31st, 1961. Councilman.L~ird seconded the motion.
