The mlnutes'of the regular meeting held Jan~ary 17, 1961 were read and approved. Councilman Laird made a motion to adjourn the recessed meeting of January 17, 1961. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Voted and carried unanimously. Councilman Howell made a motion that Council approve the following bills. Councilman Marsden seoonded the motion. ' Councilman r1arsden made a motion to table the discussion of pcrmltting a church on Mrs. Claudia Reeves property on the corner of Ohio St. and Bluford Avenue. Councilmen Reid seconded the botion. Councilmen Howell, Marsden, Reid & Laird voted YES.- No no's. Carried uncmimously. Ther'e being no further business Councilman Marsden made a motion to recess this meeting. Ordinance #409-B being an ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida, annexing a certain tract of unincorporated land lying contiguous to the Municipal bound- aries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida t owi t : ' . , That portion of the W~~ of the SW~ of Section 9, Township 22 South, Range 28 East lying North of. Wurst Road and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. I Councilman Laird, seconded the motion. Councilmen Howell, Laird, T~rsden and Pounds voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously.
