Councilman Reid made a motion to start a Dog-Pound in Ocoec. Councilman I,1arsden seconded the motion. Motion vlaS tabled until next Councti.1 Meeting. Councilman Reid made a motion to ~make all occupational license $20.00 for all businesses end occupations. Motion di0d for lack of a second. Councilman M8rsden made a motion to write Jnhn Sutton asking him to notify us the earliest convenience that he could meet with the 60uncil to discuss the City taking over the Negro Cemetery. Councilman Laird seconded the notion. Counci~men Howell, Laird, Marsden and Peid voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilm~n Reid mRde a motion to give Mayor Minor a purchase order to buy a typewrite for the Polic~ Dept. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen Howell, R~id, Mars~en ond Loird voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman Reid made a motion to have one man in Charge of all Labor c.:nd M3in'bBnance. Motion died for lack of a seoond. There being no futhur business ~ouncilman Marsden made a motion to recess this meeting.
