Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen Fteeman, Marsden, Wilson and Dod~e voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman Marsden made a motion to give J. A. Maddox the bid on the jail in the amount of $3,450.00. Councilman Freeman seconded the motion. Councilmen Marsden, Freeman, Wilson and Dodce voted YES. No no's. Moti"n was car~ied unanimously. Councilman Marsden made a motion the J. A. Maddox should have a I performance bond. Councilman Freeman seconded the motion. Council- men, Freeman, Marsden, Wilson and Dod~e voted YES. No no's. Carned unanimously. Councilman Freeman made a motion that no purchase should be made for any employee uptil it is brou~ht up before the Council. Council- man Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen Marsden, Freeman; Wilson and Dod~e voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously~ Councilman Wilson made a motion to return-the two tires that were ordered for Ray Enfin~er. Councilman Dodce seconded the motion. Councilman Wilson, Dod,e, Freeman and Marsden voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman Marsden made a motion to ~ive City Attorney Spencer C. CrQss the authority tb have his partmer assist him as City Attorney. Councilman Dod~e seconded the motion. Councilmen Mars<<en, Fr~eman, Wilson and Dod~e voted YES. No no's. Carried unanimously. Councilman Wilson asked that his name be removed from the Cemetery Committee. There bein,; n 0' further business Councilman Marsden made a motion that Council adjourn this meetinr;.
