The minutes of the last regular meeting held April J, 1962 were read and approved. Councilman Freeman made a motion that Council approve the following bills. Councilman Wilson seconded the motion. Councilmen Freeman, Wilson Dodge and Marsden voted YES. No no*s. Carried unanimously. 1 (A) FROM GENERAL FUND: 1 Barbara Mills - Fees Florida Power Corp. Cross, Attorney for the City called to the Council's attention that Councilman Dodge had told him not to file an appearance for him in the case pending where Councilman Boyd Wilson is suing the remaining members of the City Commission. Councilman Dodge made a statement that he would inform Mr. Cross by 10:00 A.M. Friday morning April 20, 1962 as to whether or not he desired for him to file an appearance on his behalf. Councilman Freeman made a motion to let Councilmanf'Dodge have until 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 20, 196R to make a decision concerning the suit. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen Freeman, Marsden, Wilson and Dodge voted YES. No no*s. Carried unanimously. (Spencer Cross, on Friday April 20, 1962 notified me as Clerk of the City'.,that:'Couhcilman Dodge had net ified him not to enter an appearance on his behalf) Councilman Wilson made a motion to buy an electric Underwood Typewriter from the Underwood Corporation for $271.70.
