Attest: ~"Lw<~ Cle k ~ ~ irman of ouncil I MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 15, 1963 Present: Councilmen: !~rsden, Pounds, Bracewell, ~liller & Reid Mayor Howell Absent: None The meeting was called to order by Councilman Reid at 12:0$ P.M. to decide on the type of heat to be installed in the City Hall. At this time Mayor Howell reported to the Council that he had sent a telegram to Honorable John R. Phillips, Chairman of the Florida Turnpike Authority, stating that the City of Ocoee still felt that there should not be any change in the name of the Orlando-Ocoee Interchange. As no decision was reached as to the heat for the City Hall Councilman Pounds made a motion to recess until Saturday November 16, 1963 at 12:00 P.M. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Thereupon Council recessed at 12:35 P.M. Counilman Pounds made a motion to accept the bid from Mid- Florida Gas to install gas heat in the City Hall, bid price $231.00. Councilman Miller seconded the motion. Councilmen Pounds, Marsden, Bracewell and Miller voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously. , There being no further business Councilman Marsden made a motion to adjourn this meeting.
