The minutes of the last regular meeting held June 16, 1964 were read and approved. Councilman M~rsden made a motion that Council approve the following bills. Councilman ~liller seconded the motion. Councilman Miller made a motion to table the discussion of the letter from General Betts concerning the jeeps. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen ~lillerJ Marsden, and Bracewell voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously. I Councilman Marsden made a motion to write Woodrow Strickland informing him that is he does not clean up his property within 30 days the City will clean it up and assess the bill against his property. Councilman rtiller seconded the motion. Councilmen Marsden, :r.'Iiller and Bracewell voted YES. No No liS. Carried unanimously. Councilman Marsden made a motion to hire Jacki ~lills to help write tax bills for 1964 and for the clerk to get applications for as assisstant clerk. Councilman Miller.. seconded the motion. Councilmen ~~rsden, Miller and Bracewell voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously. There being no further business Councilman Miller made a motion to adjourn this meeting.
