HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-21-1964 I I I MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA HELD JULY 21, 1964 Present: Councilmen: Marsden, Pounds, Miller and Bracewell I\bsent: Councilman: Reid Mayor Howell The meeting was called to order by Councilman Pounds at $:00 P.M. The minutes of the last regular meeting held July 7, 1964 were read and approved. Councilman Marsden made a motion that Council approve the following bills. Councilman Miller seconded the motion. Councilman Marsden seconded <:> the motion. Councilman ~liller, r~rsden, and Bracewell voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously. Councilman Marsden made a motion to give Councilman Bracewell permission to erect two (2) $,000 gallon tanks behind his service station on McKey Street. Councilman ~liller seconded the motion. Councilman ~~rsden and Miller voted YES. Councilman Brace- well refrained from voting. Motion was carried. Councilman Bracewell made a motion to refund all utility tax charged to Archie L. Davis since 1955, in the amount of $76.45. Councilman Marsden seconded the motion. Councilmen ~~rsden, Miller and Bracewell voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously. Councilman Miller made a motion to appoint Mr. Arthur Brauneis Chairman of the Shuffleboard Courts. Councilman V~rsden sec= onded the motion. Councilman Miller, Marsden and Bracewell voted YES, No NO'S. Carried unanimously. There being no further business Councilman Marsden made a motion to adjourn this meeting.
