ORDINANCE NO. FJ - CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA,
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIN APEA WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES;
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; DESCRIBING THE
PROPERTY TO BE REZONED; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, has made an independent examination of the zoning classi-
fication of the property described below and has determined that
the zoning classification should be changed and made less restric-
tive; and
[,WHEREAS, a public hearing as provided by Chapter 2- Section
6 (2) was held on the question of zoning of said parcel of real
property described below after due public notice thereof; and
1,714EREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, has recommended that said parcel of property set forth
below be rezoned as indicated; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee has made
an independent examination and has determined that the zoning
classification of the parcel of property as set forth below is
in the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of the City Commission
of the City of Ocoee under Chapter II, Section 6 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Ocoee the following described parcel of
real property shall henceforth bear the zoning classification as
indicated below as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
9coee, Florida:
To be zoned I-1

TWP 22 S, PAGE 28E, run S 0 24'00'7 W along the
W line of SEC 20-22-28 30 ft, thence S 89002'00"
W along the S R/W of Geneve:. St- and parallel

Point of Beginning: :dun S 43°56'00" E 188.73ft
to a point on the W line of SEC 20-22-28, S
13°30 00" E 12';.62 ft, N 88°27'20" W 103.95 ft
to a point on the E lins of SEC 19-22-28, S 78°
05'0f" W 94.27 ft, N 25 15'24" W 252.0 ft,
N 89 02'00" E69.35 ft to POB, less easements and
restrictions of record. Containing .6334 acre.

to POB less easements and restrictions of
record. Containing .9332 acre plus 50 access
to Bluford Avenue to be provided by petitioner
when property is developed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage by the City Commission of Ocoee.
