605
CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING
OF LAND WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA: MAKING
FINDINGS OF FACT: CHANGING AND ESTAB-
LISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
SUCH PROPERTY: AND PROVIDING AN
EF FECTI VE DA TE .
WHEREAS, WILLIAM BREEZE, the fee simple owner
of the following described parcels of real property, has
petitioned and requested that said property be re-zoned
as C3, R3 and Al Districts, as more specifically shown on
Appendix "A" to this Ordinance, and,
WHEREAS, said owner has heretofore made
application to the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Ocoee, as provided in Chapter II, Section 6 (2) of
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, and,
WHEREAS, the said Planning and Zoning Commission
has held public hearing upon appropriate notice as provided
by Chapter II Section 6 (2) of the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Ocoee, and has recommended to the City Commission
of the City of Ocoee that said petition and request be
granted, and,
WHEREAS, said parcels of property have heretofore
borne zoning classifications of C2 and RT, as more specifi-
cally shown on Appendix "A", under the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Ocoee, and the City Commission of the City of
Ocoee has determined that the requested zoning classifica-
tions of C3, R3 and Al for said property is in the best
interests of the City, and will facilitate the highest
and best use of said property,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of
Ocoee, deems the time situation as an acute priority in
regard to parties involved hereby justifies passing this
as an Emergency Ordinance,

NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF OCOEE:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of
the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, the following
described parcels of real property shall henceforth

bear the classifications of C3, R3 and AI, as defined
by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, as
specified by Chapter 4, Sections 1, 6 and 9 of said
Zontng Ordinance and as more particularly shown on
Appendix "A" attached hereto:
The North one-half of the Northwest,
one-quarter of the Southwest one-
quarter of Section 20, Township 22
South, Range 28 East, the same being
20 acres, more or less;
That portion of the Northeast
one-quarter of the Southeast
one-quarter of Section 19,
Township 22 South, Range 28
East, lying east of the Ocoee-
Orlando Road, also known as SR 439
or Bluford Avenue, the same being
3.86 acres, more or less;
Begin on the Northwest corner of the
South one-half of the Northwest one-
quarter of the Southwest one-quarter,
Section 20, Township 22 South, Range
28 East, run South 182.91 feet, then
East 219.20 feet, then North 182.91
feet, more or less, then West 219.20
feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning, less road right of way; all
of the above-described parcels of prop-
erty lying within the boundaries of the
City of Ocoee, Orange County, Florida.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon becoming law.
