An ordinance annexing certain properties into the Municipal
Boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and establishing the
zoning classification of such property.
WHEREAS, L. F. Roper Brothers, Inc., the owners of the
following described parcel of real property have petitioned the
City of Ocoee, Florida to annex the same in and to the municipal
boundaries of said City, and,
WHEREAS, said owners have requested that said property be
zoned as follows:
A. That portion fronting on State Road 50 to a depth of
675 feet from present property line be zoned C-3
Commercial Zoning, and further reserving the Southwest
250 foot by 250 foot corner of this portion be zoned as
C-4 Commercial. Total acreage in this portion
comprises 20 acres more or less.
B. The remaining 60 acres bordering Story Road on the
North and South Wofford Road on the West to be zoned
R-3, as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Dc oee .
WHEREAS, the owners of said property has filed with said
City a site plan as required by Chapter IV, Section 9.8 and
Chapter IV, Section 6.7 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Ocoee establishing the areas of proposed zoning use, and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the question of
annexation of said parcel of real property after due public
notice thereof published not less than ten (10) days and not
more than thirty (30) days prior to said public hearing, and,

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, ras made
an independent examination of said property and determined and
does hereby finrl and determine, that the area involved qualified
for municipal benefits and that it is to the best interests of
the City of Ocoee that such area should be annexed to and be
included in the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee,
Florida. Now therefore,

Sect~on One: That the following described parcel of real
property situate in Orange County, Florida to wit:

THE NWt OF THE swt OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 28
EAST, LESS THE NORTH 30.00 FEET FOR STORY ROAD AND LESS ANY
PORTION THAT MAY BE DEEDED ON THE WEST FOR WOFFORD ROAD; ALSO:
THE swt OF THE swt OF SAID SECTION 19 LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAYS ON
THE SOUTH AS DEEDED TO THE STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT AND THE TURN-
PIKE AUTHORITY, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT MAY
BE DEEDED ON THE WEST FOR WOFFORD ROAD.
Beginning said lands containing 80 acres more or less, be and
hereby it, incorporated into and made part of the municipal
boundaries of the City of Ocoee.
Section Two: The zoning for the said property shall be C-3, C-4
and R-3 as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee,
Florida.
Section Three: This ordinance shall become effective immediatel
upon its becoming a law.
The undersigned hereby authenticate the final passage of the
foregoing ordinance on the 9th day of April, 1973, by their
signatures hereunto placed.
